The Archontiko Papadopoulou at Kornos continues with the unique series of Cypriot wine-gastronomy events.
This month we present you Hadjiantonas Winery on Friday 19th April, 2013 (from 8:00 pm) with an authentic and unique Cypriot menu to match the winemakers choice of wines. Doros Hadhiantonas (owner) and the sommelier and wine writer George Kasianos will be presenting Hadjiantonas winery unique and superb wines. A perfect matching with authentic and creative dishes with the signature of the culinary team of Archontiko Papadopoulou
The menu as suggested with match Xynisteri, Shriraz and Muscat vintages -
Starters with Hadjiantonas Xynisteri 2011 Smoked eggplant salad, red mullet fillet marinated with local herbs, mashed sweet pepper and carob honey sauce/ Ηomemade ravioli stuffed with local anari, haloumi cheese and mint.
Hadjiantonnas Shiraz with a Beef fillet with mushroom sauce in crunchy «Kantaifi» with «trahanas» and spinach; and to close with the Signum Muscat a Mille-feuille with anari cheese with traditional local honey pies served with Cypriot cheeses and bergamot marmalade. Reserve and enjoy.
